| Event Description | Key facets of effective leadership will be explored to enable school leaders to act as ‘champions’ for pupils with SEND and other vulnerable groups and promote high quality provision and practice: • Demonstrating inclusive values within policy and practice • Ensuring role and responsibilities in implementing the Graduated Response are understood by staff at all levels • Ensuring identification processes are robust • Exploring effective approaches and high quality provision to meet specific needs • Enabling learner progress to be clearly evidenced and evaluated Delegates will receive a practical leadership ‘toolkit’ to support effective monitoring and evaluation procedures.
