| Event Description | Being any sort of leader in a school at the moment is a tall order as there are so many plates to keep spinning. In Early years we still have to be mindful of all of our stakeholders and their needs as well as the continuing development of the provision on offer. We have all needed to think outside the box recently and change our usual way of approaching events such as transition. This 3 part course will address what is needed to be an effective EYFS lead whatever size school you are in, how you can write, implement and manage an appropriate plan of action to keep our very important phase of education moving forward.
