Event Description | Anxiety and Emotionally Based School Avoidance: Meeting the Needs of Anxious Pupils in our Schools training is being delivered virtually. Specifically for those working with Secondary School aged children The training is free due to Worcestershire Children First securing a NHS funding grant Places are limited to three per school, per course. If you wish to book extra these will added to the waiting list. Course aims • Increase our awareness and understanding of anxiety including gaining information from individual pupils about their unique experiences • Develop understanding of evidence based approaches which schools can use to help children to reduce pupil anxiety • To understand Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) including prevention and re-integration Trainers: Educational Psychology team |
