Event Description A 90-minute INSET opportunity which covers:
• What are some key strategies to aid with emotional regulation?
• Why do children (and adults) become dysregulated?
• Understanding the root causes and triggers behind distressed and challenging behaviours
• Modelled examples of strategies
• Supporting self-regulation strategies and approaches

Each delegate will:
• Identify underlying reasons for behaviour using best practice tools
• Apply a range of proactive strategies to promote positive behaviour
• Learn about a range of strategies and resources to support young people
• Learn how to support pupils through stressful situations
