Event Description | Training for Governors in applying the correct procedures and protocols in respect of all non-curriculum complaints. The 2 hour training session covers: -Written policy for school -Application and interpretation of policy -Guidance in dealing with complaints – role of Governors -Issues of confidentiality and support for individuals involved -Panel meetings to hear complaint There is an opportunity to discuss individual issues with the course organiser at the conclusion of the training. |
