Baker’s Dozen – A recipe for effective continuous provision for children as they continue their learning in a Y1 environment

Event/course Code SCH/21/467
Event/course type Course / Early Years Curriculum
Event Description Pinning early language development ideas through every training opportunity.

These 3 sessions will explore how Year 1 teachers can meet the needs of their children at this transition stage and throughout the Autumn term by providing effective continuous provision appropriate to their age, their ability and their approaches to learning alongside the growing need to meet the criteria of a Year 1 curriculum. Each session will be limited to 12 delegates so that the group is small enough to enable everyone to have a chance to share, reflect and ask questions and big enough to be able to gain ideas from a range of colleagues in the same situation. There will be lots of practical ideas and strategies shared through the training as well. Each session will build on information shared at the previous one.
Training Objectives Audience: - Year 1 teachers
Learning Outcomes Cost - £45 per delegate for all three courses
