Event Description Leading for Impact…are you making a difference?
This is a six-session course that will support new and aspiring middle (subject/phase) leaders to undertake their role with confidence! We will begin by revisiting key roles and responsibilities and relate these to the latest framework, teaching standards and today’s educational context. We then will take a ‘deep dive’ into the QA process and how to ensure as leaders, we monitor and evaluate the quality of education effectively. Finally, we will look at the role of a leader in leading and managing change and supporting and developing others. This course will prepare you for the exciting and challenging role of a middle (subject/phase) leader. You will take away a ‘toolkit’ to support you in your role and to enhance your progress and professional development.
